Brightmail Message Queue is Full

Someone sent an email (external -> internal) with a 2MB attachment that is stuck (for a specific reason) in the delivery queue of one of our Brightmail boxes. I know the default queue size is 2MB. Can I increase the queue size? Would any issues or problems arise if it were increased? What are the steps to increase the queue size?
