Brightmail not working for one user

Brightmail 6 on Microsoft SBS exchange 2003
Brightmail is functioning well for everyone, except one user. The same email which is flagged as spam for others will appear in the Inbox for this one user. This user is the only one using Outlook 2003 (rather than 2007). Otherwise identical.
Any idea why? Thanks

It may be that the user has been whitelisted as an allowed recipient in the Brightmail control center.
