Sending failed; nested exception is: javax.mail.SendFailedException: Invalid Addresses; nested exception is: javax.mail.SendFailedException: 550 QUfeedback@feedback-19.brightmail.com ...Relaying denied
 
Anyone recall how I can allow my quarantine server to send a message back to Symantec? I want to do this for one address only.

You will need to configure the downstream server used by Control Center to allow it to relay to this address.  The downstream server used by Control Center is configured in the Control Center section under Settings.  If you are still using Symantec Brightmail AntiSpam v6.x then you'll need to check under the Reinsertion Host section.
