hello
I can not register my license Brightmail, when I try to do there is an error message is displayed saying that the machine is unable to connect to the site of symantec. what to do?

Does internet are available in server ?

i have brightmail verison 10.0.1 and the computer have intenet connexion, when i make some ping for the symanetc web site i don't have the answer, but for the another site like: yahoo, gmail, microsoft i have a answer.

help!!!!

Are you using proxy ?

Check the firewall port are opend or not ?
