  • 1.  Brightmail Rule filter not working

    Hi,

    i created one rule in brightmail to quarantine mails, but the problem is mails are getting quarantined, but the second rule appending the discalimer is now working.

    if i disable the quarantine rule and sent the mails means, the disclaimer is working.

    my rule precedence is having some issue..i need both my quarantine and legal disclaimer rule should work.

    how to acheive this.

    Hi Guys,

    i have loggede case with technical support also..but they didnt gave any solution..now i found out someway which got settled my rule error
