    I just installed multi-tier endpoint solution 11.0.2 and finished installing the mail security application.  my question is, how can the end user check thier blocked email messages in the event of a false positive?

    Hello,

     

    What version of Mail Security are you running? Version 11 is the version of Symantec Antivirus and not the Mail Security component. Please let us know.

     

    If you are running version 5 of Symantec Mail Security for SMTP, you can find the needed information in the manual in chapter 5. You can get the manual at the following link:

    That would be Mail Security for Exchange. This forum is for the Gateways products and is not generally monitored by technicians that support the Exchange products. You should be able to find the information you need though per the documents at the following link:
