What are my options to allow the user to browse to a file during an installation?

I am using Wise Installation Studio 7 and I don't see a straightforward way to do this.

I'm installing a web application that will allow the user to select an image that will be displayed on the site, so I need to allow the user to select the file they want, then I need to rename it and copy it to the images directory for the web application.

Can anyone help me understand what options I have to get this accomplished?
