Everyday the first time I access the Internet with either Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Firefox I get a message telling me the associated exe has changed since it last accessed the Internet.  I've run Malewarebytes and everything comes back clean, any ideas.  I have a hard time believing all three browsers are getting updated every day

You have Network Application monitoring enabled. Any time an app is updated that goes out to the network, SEP will alert you. It doesn't mean there is a virus its just so you're aware that it was updated.
