    hi Everyone,

     

    can someone experience BSOD after launching Oracle virtual box. Hope you will help me resolving this issue.

    SEP version: SEP 12.1.6 MP3

    operating systems: windows 7

    PLease see attached file a screen capture.

    Looks related to the the teefer driver.

    Is VirtualBox at the latest version? May want to try with the latest version of SEP, 12.1.6 MP4.

    You could also remove the firewall only and see if that fixes it.

    Besides that, the bsod dump will need to be sent to Symantec for investigation. But I'd make sure both products are at the latest version as this could've been fixed already.

    Yes that is correct you will want to upgrade if that does not resolve then send a dump to support for analysis.

    thanks brian at the moment i want to know why there is conflicting with teefer driver, but i wil try to install latest Symantec 12.1.4 MP4. and update this forum later

    The BSOD dump will need to be analyzed, there is no way to tell by looking at a screenshot.

    I'd suggest getting a case opened up.
