    Hi all,

We started purchasing Lenovo X1 Carbon in our organisation, Windows 7 Professional 256GB SSD, 8GB Ram.

As per the standard we install symantec endpoint protection on these machines, however it seems to be causing BSOD.

When I uninstall SEP and install a trial of Avast the blue screen disappears.
I have attached the BSOD from 2 users.

    Any help/ideas/suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi All,

    Thanks for the quick replies.

On our install package it automatically installs Virus and Spyware Protection, Proactive Threat Protection and Network Threat Protection.

We are not given the option to only install the Anti Virus

    Thanks

    Have you tried with 12.1.6?

You will need to submit those dump files to Symantec for review.
