BSOD - symtdi.sys, Windows XP SP3, & SEP 12.1.671.4971

    I've received word that some of my clients are receiving a BSOD 2-3 times a day due to Symantec's symtdi.sys file.  However, in looking for more information on this matter I don't see anything in the forums about this so I thought I'd ask.  Here is some details on on what its happening to:

    OS - Windows XP SP3

    Symantec Client version - 12.1.671.4971

    Error log details:

    On Fri 1/6/2012 9:27:04 PM GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini010612-02.dmp
    This was probably caused by the following module: symtdi.sys (SYMTDI+0x19AFF)
    Bugcheck code: 0x1000000A (0xE8, 0x2, 0x1, 0xFFFFFFFF806E6A16)
    Error: CUSTOM_ERROR
    file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\Drivers\SEP\0C01029F\136B.105\x86\SYMTDI.SYS

    Has anyone else seen this issue?  I'm curious if anyone has any ideas or seen this particular issue.  Is anyone else seeing this?  Is there a patch available?
