  • 1.  Bug: Deleted post still appearing in Forum page

    Hi Admins

    Deleted (or unpublished) posts are still appearing in the Forum page more than 12 hours later.

    Trying to access the post gives this message: 

    We're sorry, but the author of this page has restricted access to it.

    If you have questions about why you can't access this page, please contact us.

    I have attached screenshots - this post has been there for more than 12 hours.
    If I hover over the post, I can still see the first couple of lines - 2nd screenshot.

    (The same happened last weekend with a spam post that was unpublished.)

    Still appearing in NetBackup Forum after 20 hours....

    I was wondering if the OP had maybe selected an option that would make it appear in the format but would prevent it from being opened, so I PM'ed him this morning.

    This was his reply:

    format was not supporting Marianne, I have attached screen shot of the same. Please check it now.

    So, no idea what it actually means, but the post is now accessible....
