BUG? Post Titles disappear when editting.

This issue has been solved. See solution.
I know some don't like them, but the post titles if they are utilised actually disppear if you go back & edit a post (replaced with the first few words of the post body).

***EDIT***
Which means that if you do use them & don't realise that this is happening on edit then your reply could become confusing (as I've just found when reviewing a few of my editted replies!!) :s
