BUG: Profile/Personal Information not saving between logins
Updated: 21 May 2010 | 14 comments
This issue has been solved. See solution.
Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that the Personal Information in the Profile does not carry over through logins?
First noticed this last week in the Rewards section:
These entries were complete before. So filled them in again.
After having logged in again on another PC I was faced with the same issue. And again this morning.
As a test I then logged out & back in (same PC this time) ...... same issue.
So is it just me or is there an issue?

This is different but related!
Don't think it happened when the above was fixed, but now I am getting the following informational message about having updated my settings every time I create a new post/reply:
- I presume this is not intentional?

Same message
Same message "You have updated your setting in Symantec Connect".
For my side, no updates or changes on personal settings.
Empty fields..
The only difference is on the Profile - Personal Information, all fields are empty.
For sure were something in these fields.
If you mean the sections like
Symantec Products in Use and Symantec Products You Know Best then these 'disappeared' with Shipping Address etc with the previous bug.
