Bulk search for Sender Email in Symantec Cloud Track and Trace

    Hi,

    I want to know if there is a way by which I can do a bulk search for Email senders in "Track and Trace". I tried seperating multiple emails by ; but it treats as an invalid address.

    Does Symantec Cloud has API that can be used to automate the search. It is very tedious to search for individual emails in Track and Trace when we need to look for a lot of sender/reciver mails.

    Hi,

     

    There are no API available to automate or allow bulk search. That being said, you can narrow down your search using a wildcard, such as *@domain.com to search all users from a particular domain. Additionally, not all fields have to be filled in the search. You can specify the sender, but keep the recipient blank, and have the search delivered via email so you can apply search filters using a program such as Excel so that you can re-arrange the data.
