  • 1.  BV Control For Microsoft Exchange

    Hi All,

    Looking for some advice/help if possible.

    We have just installed BV Control For microsoft exchange 8.20.5.100 on a new server.  When opening up the RMS console the following error appears when loading the Exchange module.

    "Loading Component 'Control\Exchange\Marts.dll' Failed.

    Reason: Call to module entry point failure

     

    The products appear to be installed on this machine, however some components may not have been installed"

     

    And then the module wont load.  Ive removed, re-installed, Redownloaded, Re extracted and tried everything. The pre reqs are all installed ont he server.


    Any ideas/comments would be really useful as i cannot seem to find any information relating to this error.

    Dear,

     

    Did you install the outlook Client, please see the Prerequisite for Bv-Control for Exchange

    Hi i have outlook 2007 installed on the server that we have installed this on.

    Ignore me, Ive installed Outlook 2003 and it works perfectly.
