    can any one post links to get information abhout how to configure/integrate CA service desk with Symantec Client Management Suite 7.1 or SMP 7.1

    That type of integration may have to come from CA. In theory CA can pull information from the NS or the NS databases but how it does that will probably be well outside of this forum. I would check with CA and ask them what type of services they offer to help with this. Of course it might be simple so anyone else can chime in.

    Hi,

    Using Workflow Solution, you can import the WSDL file CA ships with Service Desk and create linkable components for doing things like opening tickets, setting status of existing tickets, and routing tasks within the USD framework.

    ipellet2 and Jim,

    I'll check what I can do with Workflow solution but I was on the same point as ipellet because helpdesk need the info from CMDB to utilize in their solution.

    I'll let you know further.
