    I have one big issue with Touchdown 9.0.00344. Syncing calendar entries from Touchdown to Outlook/Exchange doesn't work (appointments created with Touchdown do not show up in Outlook - the other way around it works). This problem occurs with my Oneplus One as well as with my Samsung Galaxy Tab pro (SM-T900). My colleague is still on Touchdown 8.5.something and doesn't have this problem.

    Any idea on this one?

    Hi,

    If you go into Touchdown settings>Synchronization>synchronized folders and uncheck and recheck the calendar what occurs?

    Unchecking and rechecking the calendar in the synchronized folgers settings, Touchdown drops the calendar and does a full sync again. After full sync was done I created a new appointment in Touchdown, but that appointment never shows up in my Outlook (even not if I start a sync manually after creating the new appointment).

    If I create a new appointment in Outlook, it will show up in Touchdown a few seconds later (push).

    Hi Peter,

    thank you for your reply. I already did that some days ago (you remember, that weird sync status 6 without using strange characters).

    I'll try installing the older version you provided via mail.

    I tried this and my recurring series events are still not appearing.

     

    I also tried changing the horizon of dates to sync from all to 6 months.  Nothing.

    I am having the same issue. Appointments created on phone will not sync to Outlook. Outlook created calendar appts are fine. I am happy to share my logs. Please advise.

    The older version worked perfectly, since the update there is no syncronization of the appointments from TD to Oulook/Exchange. From Ourlook/Exchange to TS it works. If I delete anything from TD, it will be deleted from Outlook/Exchange too, but If a put any other changes or input in TD, no effect in Outlook.

    Any idea, or back to the previous version. Where to download the prevoiuos version from?,

    Hi,

    Email into support and we'll see if there's anything amiss in the logs and if we can't figure it out I can provide an older build.

    Hi Peter,

    I have just updated to 9.0.00407 on a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and am having exactly the same issues as described above.

    Has a resolution been found (not posted here) of should I revert to 8.5.00094.

    In a number of the cases it's corruption from the upgrade, which can occur due to a bloated database, although I'd recommend you write into touchdown-support@symantec.com so we can dive deeper and get some logs.
