    When I click to view my calendar, Touchdown freezes. I cannot see any of my calendar items. This is a serious issue. I will switch to a competitor if this does not get resolved ASAP. I cannot function without access to my mobile calendar.

    Hi,

    If you attempt to access it via the calendar widget, does that work?

    I am having the same issue. Samsung s6 Android ver 6.p.1 TD ver 9.0.00344 Samsung Tab s2 Android ber 5.1.1 TD ver 9.0.00283.

    Using the calendar widget produces the same results.

    Hi,

    Can you email into the Touchdown support queue (touchdown-support@symantec.com) for a link to the old version to see if that version works better?

    I too am having the same problem. After updating Touchdown today, it locks up the entire program if I try to access the calendar. I can see upcoming events in the "Appointments" section of the home screen. But opening the calendar displays no information and results in an immediate lockup.

    I am hoping the offer above to email for the old apk is open to all - I will try to do that. Touchdown worked fine this morning before I updated.

    Samsung Galaxy Note 5   Android 6.0.1

    Touchdown 9.0.00344

    Updated the Android WebView directly before updating to the new Touchdown version (though I wasn't having a single issue previous to this).

    Hi,

    There are some webview issues that we've recently become aware of. Can you contact touchdown-support@symantec.com for a link to the old version? Also, in the mean time, accessing the calendar via the Widget should work.

    Same issue on Google nexus 7, Touchdown 9.0.00407.  Widget access doesn't work either - can't access calendar, but can see appointments list.  Calendar view is limited to the hamburger bar, day-of-week row, first row of numbers - and the app hangs.

    Samsung Galaxy S6 edge running TouchDown version 9.0.00407, I too am unable to view my calendar. I try

    the icons on the home screen or the Widget and both lock up the application?

    Hi, I am running 9.0.00412 version of touchdown on a S6 edge using Android 6.0.1. I am unable to see any appointments on the calendar. The initial screen shows me the appointments, but the calendar screen does not. Please help!!!

    Hello, I am having the same problem

    I can no longer view my calendar in the  touchdown app.

    When I select the calendar , it shows a blank month and freezes the app…….

    Then I get a message that says “Touchdown isn’t responding “

    This started about 2 months ago

     

    I get the same thing on several android devices.

    I have deleted the app and reinstalled, no luck

    I have clicked “report” several times.

     

    Please help, This app was great before this problem

    Since 3 days I am having the same problem.

    Appointments are being synched but do not show in the calendar.

    My Touchdown version: 9.0.00437

    My phone: Sony Xperia Z5 compact

    My Android version: 7.0

    Since this appears to be a problem since 6 months now there should be a solution?

    What should I do? Install Outlook and delete Touchdown?

    My wife and I have the same problem on two different phones. Makes the program useless. It looks like it has been a year since this error was discovered. Why hasn't this been fixed? I have sent several reports when the program crashes but it looks like these are ignored because I have yet to receive a response.

    Hi,

    The crash reports don't make it to the support channel, the best way to get to it is via touchdown-support@symantec.com.

    As for the issue itself, the fix is due to the events populating out- we've heard that reducing the calendar sync can help, otherwise the old build handles it better. I can provide that at touchdown-support@symantec.com.
