Can endpointencryption do the following for me?

Hi all.
We have a requirement for various forms of encryption - I'm wondering can this product do ALL of the following
- Encrypt using AES 256bit
- The ability to encrypt the machine (laptop) hard disk - so that it cannot be booted without some form of authentication
- The abiltiy to encrypt all removeable media (USB drives, CD's, DVD's etc) - has to be able to encrypt the full drive, not just files on there
- File encryption - must be able to encrypt files or folders which can then be stored anywhere (network drives, removeable media in their encrypted form
- Must have a central management server for, at the very least , storing public and private keys. Would be nice to be able to implements policies
- We (domain administrators) must be able to recover files that are encrypted by a user that have either lost their private keys or forgotton passwords
- Encrypted files must be able to be shared with 3rd party individuals who don't have this software - so something like a self extracting encrypted file which prompts for password
These are the basic requirements. We are Altiris and Endpoint protection customers, so any form of integration would be nice, but not essential.
any help on this much appreciated - I've browsed some of the documents on here, but as always, it's a minefield on this site :-p
Cheers

outrunred, SEE will meet
outrunred,
SEE will meet *most* of these requirements.
The one that we don't do is the encryption of the removable storage devices - we encrypt the files when they are written to the device, rather than the device itself.
Your file encryption is also a little shaky - you can create self extracting encrypted files - these can be stored anywhere if required.
SEE is pretty much fully integrated into the Altiris Management console (either 6 or 7) and works very well.
Please do get in touch if you would like to take a further look

Thanks Paul for answering
Thanks Paul for answering this.
I might need to give you a shout - I just have to check some things out first.
The fact that it integrates with Altiris is a massive plus. The downside being that SEE can't encrypt the full removeable media device, this is a mandatory requirement at the moment which is client driven. But there's possibly a few changes to this in the air which might mean a relaxation on this requirement.
thanks again
