Can I delete the MS patch folders "C:\Windows\$NtUninstall..."

... or do I than get trouble with the altiris patch management?

Normally it is no problem to delete this folders, but I'm not sure, how Altiris Patch Management reacts.

Deleting MS patch uninstall folders

I have done quite a lot of reading on this subject and the consensus says thats it is okay to remove these folders.
