As long as you have ample resources on the server, I have not had an issues pertaining to this in the past. There was a POC laptop I had configured a while back with a similar combination and even more products installed. Now web prevent + discover is odd to me however I know atleast one customer who is doing this type of a setup for a limited use.

Pasting the below table as well, as a supplimentary answer to your query:

Collector Name Collector Version Collection Mechanism Supported on SSIM Appliance? Supported on Remote SSIM Agent? Collector Updates
Symantec Data Loss Prevention Event Collector 4.4.11 Syslog  Yes Yes Added Support DLP 11 in June 2011 LU.
Symantec DLP WEB Services API Event Collector 5 SymantecDLP sensor Yes Yes Added support for Symantec Data Loss Prevention 11.6 in June 2013 update.

    Thanks Leadvue,

Suppose Network Discover job will be scheduled to run in non-peak hours only,

shareing resource with other services sounds like prefectly fine to me, I hope this make sense to you too :)

    Thanks

Hi Sun - Absolutely !!! - sharing resource does look like a plan to me as long as your non-peak scheduled scans are able to complete the cycles staying within that window :-)

    All the best.
