  • 1.  Can I provide def update for managed client when outside of LAN

    Hello,
    we want to switch from Trend Micro to SEP.
    Is there an option in today's product to provide to managed client on laptiop transparent definition update when outside of LAN (SEP server is not available).

    Hello

    You can create a Policy where the update is made by Internet.
    So, at clients group, set a Location Rule to when a client canno't communicate with Manager server, it will use the Policy to use Internet update.

    Check the page 319 from administration's Guide for further informations.
