Yes you can either install SEP 11.0.5 (RU5) or 11.0.6 (RU6) on a Win 7 machine.

Yes you can install RU5 or RU 6 in Windows 7 PCs.It is better to go for RU6 since it is having a lot of new fixes.If it is a new deployment go for RU6MP1 itself....
You can use RU5 ou RU6 on Windows 7 (tested and approved in a domain) Be careful at the System. The install package has not the same if your windows is on 32 or 64 bits.
