    Yes, you can upgrade your DLP agent from 11.6 into 14 directly.

    But, at the server side, you need to upgrade your DLP Enforce and Endpoint Server from 11.6 to 12 firstly, then upgrade into 14.

    You can use SNAC to implement a HI policy to push the upgrade package to your client to upgrade the DLP agent.
