Ghost Solution Suite

I ordered some addtional GSS licenses for my GSS25 system.  They were GSS30 license.  When I tried to add the *.slf file I received the following error:

A licensing error occurred:

No licenses exist for Symantec Ghost Solution Suite (0x80000013)

Is there a way I can use the 3.0 licenses with my 2.5 system?  ..an easy way?

Unfortunately the licenses are not backwards compatible. You will need to return those licenes and specifically request GSS 2.5 ones. They are transactable for only a limited period I believe. Come back to me if you have any problems.

I'll call the folks @ licensing support and see if they can re-issue me some 2.5 licenses instead.   I plan on keeping my support current, so when I move to 3.0 I figure the 2.5 licenses will be upgraded at that point.
