    Can it possible for me to install SEP11 MR4 MP2 Over SEP 11 MR3.

    you need to upgrade first to MR 4 then from MR 4 to MP 2.

    You can directly go from mr3 to mr4mp2 if you have less clients you can take a chance i have done it and it works fine but symantec recommends first upgrade to the latest Maintainence Release then to its Latest Maintainence Patch
