is it possible to use only 1 ip for full work with inbound and outbound ?

or only possible way is 2 ip on 1 interface with relay setting ?

because i use to replace IXXXPort with this Symantec...

if it can how i can do ? but if it can't ....

that mean i have to tweak a little on Firewall , right ?
because customer want inbound and outbound must be same ip .. ( the IP with MX record ( they have only one MX record ) )

    Thank in Advance.

You can use either 1 Ethernet port with a virtual IP or 2 Ethernet ports for inbound and outbound traffic.
You can define which host to get the MX record from.

Actually you can use one IP for both inbound and outbond scanning however you would need to set the ports differently, eg. inbound mail would be recieved on port 25 and outbound mail on port 26.  If you did this you would need to configure your internal mail mail servers to send their non local mail destined for the internet on port 26 to the SBG.
