Can not access the Iomega Iscsi drive form Backup Exec DLO Server.

Hi All,
I went to configure Backup Exec 2010 over Windows 2003 SP 2(32bit).
I have Iomega StorCenter ix4-200d.
I have installed MS Iscsi Initiator with required authentication(AD)
The Backup Server itself is AD Controller.
When I want to add a storage inside the Backup Exec DLO it gives the below error:-
I have checked the SQL service(Backup) and while restating it it give the below error:-

You should ahve your SQl
You should ahve your SQl service running on Local system Account .Switch it to LSA and try starting it

Are your other backup exec
Are your other backup exec services running at the moment as when your SQL service is not running so the other services shud not run as it depends on the SQl service.
