This is for BackupExec 10.d

We have a new server (windows sever 2003 r2) with SQL 2005 Workgroup Edition installed on it. We are using the backupexec SQL agent. It is unable to backup ANY of the databases in SQL

It gives two errors per DB, such as:
Database SYS was not found, or could not be accessed.
The item HQ2\SYS in use - skipped

This is backupexec version 10.1 5629
installed updates: SP2

Is it a remote or a local backup?
The server on which SQL 2005 is installed, does it have a 64 bits operating system?
