Log in MasterServer appears this message "Can not open transaction log file Can not use log file "N: \ Program Files \ Veritas \ NetBackupDB \ staging \ NBAZDB.log.3" because he was used more recently than the database file"

Where exactly do you see this message? Which log?

Is everything om master server functioning normally? or not?

Has anything changed recently that could cause this message?

I see this message in the details EventViewer the master server.
 
On the master server and everything is working normally not changed recently, this message hap during the backup catalog.
