  • 1.  Can not reach Support Team

    Hi All,

    Please advise me how to reach support.

    Sending email on support.cloud@ says that "support will no longer respond to emails"

    When I try to click on Link https://clients.messagelabs.com/Support/Ticketing/Ticketing.aspx after logging in to my management console I get below error, same goes for chat link. It is impossible to reach support.

    What error are you getting? I'm able to successfully open a ticket.

    The support.cloud@ email has been phased out for new cases and general contact. To reach the .cloud support team please use the portal, from it you can either raise a case, or use live chat. Alternatively you've the phone line at your disposal.
