can not reconfigure or uninstall Altiris Software Management Solution

Please help.
previously i install server management suite and the installation failed due to problems in the sql user. then i uninstall all the product but can not uninstall Altiris Altiris Software Management Solution.
then i install new again and create a new database, all installed except for Altiris Software Management Solution
How to remove the solution from Symantec Installation Manager manually so i can reinstall again.

Are you logged on to the console session (mstsc /admin) as the application identity? Is that application identity account also a local administrator on the box?
What errors appear in the Altiris Log Viewer when you attempt uninstallation and it fails?
