  • 1.  can not remote access to LiveUpdate Administrator

    There is a problem with my setting to LiveUpdate Administrator

    I can access to it within localhost like below

    https://localhost:7073/lua

    But I can not make a remote access like below

    https://serverIp:7073/lua

    There is no reaction after I input the URL above lasted for about 1 minites and goto the

    "page not found" page.

     

    PS:The access to "https://serverIp:8443/lua " is OK.

     

    The related information is below:

    LiveUpdate Administrator Version:2.3.4.16

    Server Version:Windows Server 2012R2

    Client Browser:IE11

    Have you tried a repair or re-install?

    Thank you for introducing the issue above

    But there is something different between the issu above and my problem. 

    In the issue above, "https://localhost:7073/lua" could not be accessed, but in my condition, it could be.

    My problem is that "https://server IP address:7073/lua" cannot be accessed.

     

    Finally, after some investigation of my self, I found the solution that is to open the 7073 port of the Windows firewall in the Windows Server 2012 R2

    As a result, my problem was solved, and Thank you very much!
