Can not run Google Earth Endpoint conflict

Can anyone please give me the instructions for allowing google access to run, so far google chrome & google earth will not run on my machine and I just installed endpoint yesterday!!!

Check your traffic log and risk log. Also, do they work if you disable sep? Both work fine for me.

SEP should block google by default, please check you firewall policies if any of them is set to block those sites - in the SEP gui logs you should see as well the same block activity when it occurs - this may help you find out what condition in the firewall rules blocks that traffic.

Hello,

What version of SEP 11.x / 12.1 are you running? Make sure you are either running the Latest version of SEP 11.0.7300 OR SEP 12.1.2015

Could you let us know if the SEP client is a Managed client / unmanaged client??

What Happens if you install SEP with only AV/AS features??

Please let us know the same.
