  • 1.  Can SEP 11 or 12 impact BitLocker?

    Can SEP corrupt BitLocker or cause it to go into recovery mode?  Are there any configuration recommendations for SEP 11 and 12 (we currently have some BitLocker protected machines with SEP 11 and some with SEP 12) that should be made?

    Have not seen anything specifically with SEP or issues that may be caused. Microsoft may have some best practice guides.

    also use the latest SEP versions.

    I saw those articles.  They don't mention SEP or antivirus.

    yes those are best practices for bitlocker. havent heard of the SEP conflict with bitlocker with the latest version.

    you may exclude the installed directory if you hav any issues.
