Would like to get the below question clarified, as this seems to be a relevant discussion...

From a fresh installation of 12.1 SEPM, if I replace a sylink.xml files on to a SEP 11.0.x client, will the client be able to communicate with the 12.1 SEPM?

    Regards,

    Elango M.

"Thumbs up" to those who have confirmed that SEP 12.1 SEPM is able to manage SEP 11 clilents.  With some legacy equipment, keeping SEP 11 clients in the SEP 12.1 environment is the only solution.
