This issue has been solved. See solution.

I downloaded SEP11RU5 from file connect site.

Can SEP also be installed on Linux. if yes then where can i download its rpm

No. It cannot.
There is included a SAV install for many Linux versions, but I found it wasn't for Ubuntu 64 bit in our case unless that's changed.
Can't recall if it's CD1 or 2, but you'll need to use SAV for Linux as SEP won't work.
