Can SEP package generated by SEPM be installed on Windows mobile 6.5 and managed by SEPM?

The normal SEP Client cannot be installed on a phone.

Symantec have an older, separate product for proecting Windows Mobile, but that only supported up to WP6.1 (http://www.symantec.com/endpoint-protection-mobile-edition )

You should use Symantec Mobile Security 7.2

While there's no dedicated app specifically for WM.

If you're looking for a way to protect Windows Mobile devices from threats that target PDA's, smartphones, etc then Symantec Endpoint Protection Mobile Edition 6 will do the trick.  &: )

The advice above is 100% accurate.  Go for Symantec Mobile Security 7.2 to protect your WM 6.5 devices.  (It's the same WM client as SEPME 6.0, but 7.2 suports Android as well.)
