Something is locking the regestry.xml file on DC servers. I have exception setup to ignore c:\windows\sysvol has anyone experianced SEP causing this issue?
Haven't seen this. You can use a tool called Unlocker to see what process has it open.

No, it would onky be the AV component locking files.
