    Hi Guys,

We have a team using PGP for encrypting emails which works well apart from one problem.

They all have a team mailbox attached in their own profiles in outlook and need to be able to send and receive emails via the team mailbox. I have managed to get reading encrypted emails from the team mailbox working but they are unable to send encrypted emails back (using the team mailbox).

I created a policy in PGP to use the secondary mailbox's private key to send but it doesn’t work.

    Please assist.

    Thanks

    Mat

PS: They all have full mailbox and send as rights to the team mailbox.

Hi Mat, you can condifure it from PGP universal mail polices to encrypt and sign emails when the sender is your Team mailbox. Is this answer your quesiton.
