Hi,

We need to check system High Utilization through Symantec management agent but unfortunately Not able to get CPU it.Please assist if it's possible though CMS?

Monitor Solution is what enables monitoring of agents. CPU utilization is one of its features. Monitor Solution is not included in CMS. It is in SMS.

If you do not want to purchase Monitor Solution, then you would need to create your own service that polls for the relevant criteria, that then sends NSE data back to the SMP.

Another method would be to use your companies existing monitor product and then use Connector Solution to export data from it, or have it send data via SNMP to the SMP.

Hi All,

So at the end we have found that there is not feature available in CMS SP2 MP1.1 which can gather CPU Utilizations of any client machine.
