Don't think you can.
The only alient format Netbackup can import is BackupExec as I know off.

Read the 1st two paragraphs on page 7. This is a Media Management tool, not an actual backup product.

I don't see info about media compability. Is'a about tracking media.
• Extended the copy support for the Inline Tape copy feature of NetBackup for the media information.
• The copy specification obtained from NetBackup is updated with the media information associated with that copy.
