Does anyone know of a way to broadcast a message in ServiceDesk 7, other than using the bulletin board option. I am looking for something similar to the popup that says "you have a new task"...
What are you trying to broadcast? Is it something that will be triggered by workflow or something that you want to be able to like type in a message to send to everyone?
Mostly we wanted to broadcast server status messages, something like: "Please save your work, server will be back online in 5min" and was looking for a popup similar to the one that says "you have a new task", up in the top right corner, thanks.
