I am having issues uninstalling endpoint 11 on a vista home prenium 32bit laptop. i was hoping you would send me the code to login and download cleanwipe

If you are not able to open a case, there are manual removal documents available that can help you with removing all traces of the SAV/SEP product.

You need to contact Symantec Technical Support  and log the case.

The correct way to get this tool is via support. Latest version is RU3.

The easiest way would be for you to open a case via the web. They will send you the link to login and download.

Cleanwipe is a internal tool and credentials can not be shared on public forum.

Need to contact support either via a web case or call support.

Mention the SEP version details to provide you required tool.

I would suggest you to follow the Manual uninstall Procedure.

With recent launch of Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 RU3, there is a latest version of CleanWipe 12.1.3001.165_RU3_RTM.CleanWipe.zip which is now available with Symantec Technical Support.

You may need to contact Symantec Technical Support and create a case for Latest CleanWipe Tool.

Even you can open a case online with symantec. If you have your partner login ID .
