Can you take two backup-to-disk files and duplicate them to one tape?

Hi!

I recently started using Backup Exec 2012 (BE2012).  I have a very large (2+TB) file share that I backup up every week.  Last week the full backup-to-disk job failed.  I found the failure point and created a new job where the selection list begins at the failure point and captures the remaining folders.  How do I can duplicate the first backup set and the new one to the same tape?  I would really like to not rerun the full job as it runs 20+ hours and this job normally runs starting 9 pm on Friday nights.   In Backup Exec 2010, I had no problem doing this task.  Is there a way to do this in BE2012?  Thanks!

Rum 1st duplicate job as starting as an overwrite to tape, then run second duplicate job with it starting as an append using same tpe devcie and same media set as 1st job

Note this creates 2 backup sets on the tape, meaning your restore process will need two separate phases - there is no way to merge the result into one backup set.
