Hi there,

Nope, you have to do a multi-step upgrade.

1. First upgrade to 12.5
2. Then upgrade to 2010

What I would suggest is getting a copy in another location/folder of your Data and Catalogs folders before doing any upgrades.
Download the trial version of BEWS 12.5 (http://www.symantec.com/offer?a_id=91523), and do an in-place upgrade.
Then upgrade to BEWS 2010.

ALWAYS make a backup of those folders in case something goes wrong...

Laters!!

FWIW

You can upgrade to BE2010 directly from v11d or higher, so v12.0 -> 2010 IS supported
