  • 1.  Can/does SEP 11.0.5 collect detailed scan info (files)?

    I can't find this info and a manager wants to know if a scheduled antivirus scan with SEP 11.0.5 logs every single file that it scans and if not, is that a configurable option, for troubleshooting?

    by default it does not, however you can enable the logging enabling vpdebug will help in this case. http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH102939 the log will show what files have been scanned . You should be looking lines 05:19:27.453691[_9548]|Processing directory ... 05:19:27.454757[_9548]|Processing file ...
