The Network threat  protection ( Firewall) is  blocking the  ip addresses. Could you please  create a firewall rule  to allow the range 0f ip addresses, in your  network?

If it a managed client, you  can do it  from the  firewall policy, on your  SEPM console. If it  is unmanaged, kindly  click on options, under Network Threat protection, and  select  configure  firewall rules...

Click on Add, and  in Add firewall rule  window, select, allow this traffic..Select  hots, and  then select ip addresses, and then type the  range  of your  ip address. Click OK, and  OK.

SEP comes with its own firewall Network threat protection.
Either remove this feature from add/remove programs --Symantec Endpoint Protection---Change --Modify--Select Network threat protection--select to remove this feature

    Next--Install finish--reboot

Or else configure firewall rules to allow port
    File and Print sharing ports
    TCP 139, TCP 445UDP 137, and UDP 138.
