Could you please confirm which steps you perfomed to remove the virus?

Total how many computers & servers are affected?

Download Sep support tool & scan the affected system with power eraser.

i tried e-set and remore the virus but still i can't open regedit, task manager and msconfig.

It sounds like that vendor's remediation has not restored access to those Windows tools.  (Many threats block access to them in an attempt to keept users from cleaning their machines.)  See if ESet can help complete the clean-up job?

With thanks and best regards,

Mick
